SHIPPING AND TRACKING WITH CANADA POST

Q. How do you package my shipment?
We understand that most people require discretion. So, we use generic prepaid XpressPost envelopes to package items. We then vacuum seal the contents for maximum discretion, and protection and to seal in the freshness. The envelope is unmarked so there is no indication of the contents.

Q. How long will I have to wait for the medical marijuana to arrive?
This depends on your location in Canada. We send all items via Xpresspost. Under normal circumstances, this takes two to three business days. In poorly connected rural locations, it may take a day longer.

Q. What happens if I don’t receive my package?
If you do not receive your package within 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll receive it within 24-48 hours. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

Q. Canada Post says “successfully delivered” but I have not received my order.
Here are 2 likely scenarios:

  1. The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or
  2. What can happen is that a postal worker will incorrectly scan all of their packages indicating that they were “successfully delivered”. In this case, the error is usually corrected the next day and the package is delivered.

Please see above answer for further steps if the package is still not received 48 hours after delivery indication.

From Canada Post: "The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked: with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf; their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key; around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home. In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received."

Q. My package is going to the wrong destination.
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. These errors happen on occasion when the postal worker must manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days. Another occurrence involves a mis-scan or when two packages are assigned each other’s tracking numbers. In this case, your package is on its way to you as expected but the tracking will display incorrectly until the next scan along its journey, at which time it will be corrected.

Q. My tracking number does not work. Help me.
You will receive your tracking number and link by email in your shipping confirmation email before your package has been scanned in at the post office. Until it has been scanned in, your tracking number will not be trackable on the Canada Post website. Please wait until the end of the day and your tracking number should appear correctly. If this doesn’t happen, please email us.

Edibles

Q. What are cannabis-infused edibles?
Cannabis edibles are food items made with marijuana or infused with marijuana oils. Edibles may be an alternative to smoking or vaporizing marijuana Edibles come in many forms, e.g. brownies, cookies, and candies, including animal or fruit-shaped gummies, suckers, and chocolates, and as beverages.

Q. What are the 10 commandments of marijuana edible safety?

  1. Thou shalt go low and slow
Start with a low dose of 10 milligrams of THC and wait two-three hours before consuming any more cannabis. Your digestive system processes pot slowly, especially if you’ve already eaten a substantial meal. Once inside your liver, THC is converted into another chemical called 11-hydroxy-THC, which is actually more potent, explaining the intensity of an edibles high
  2. Thou shalt label homemade pot foods:
If you prefer to create your own cannabis-infused foods at home, be sure to always label items to prevent accidental ingestion by a roommate, neighbor, friend, babysitter, house guest, family member, etc.
  3. Thou shalt not mix with alcohol:
Combining edibles with alcohol should only be attempted by those who have mastered both substances. Smoking a jay while rocking a beer is a completely different vibe than scarfing a pot brownie when you’re already wasted. Keep in mind that a few glasses of Chardonnay will magnify the effects of pot chocolate significantly, causing nausea and dizziness, aka “the spins.”
  4. Thou shalt eat a proper dinner:
Edibles are much more intense when consumed on an empty stomach. Be sure to eat a solid, nutritious meal before taking your THC dose.
  5. Thou shalt not drive or operate heavy machinery:
Save the cannabis until you’re at home, ready to relax and rejuvenate.
  6. Thou shalt keep away from children:
Store your edibles in a locking cabinet or box. At an appropriate age, educate any minors about the effects of edibles and make sure they understand these substances are for adult use only.
  7. Thou shalt have unmedicated snacks on hand:
Don’t let yourself get too stoned from sheer hunger. If you’re eating pot chocolate, keep some regular chocolate on hand if you need to taste more deliciousness.
  8. Thou shalt keep CBD capsules on hand:
CBD, another important cannabinoid with healing properties, is known for it’s confounding effect on THC. Meaning that CBD can lessen the paranoid, panicky feelings that come on after ingesting too much THC. Keep some CBD-rich cannabis on hand for smoking, as well as high-CBD capsules, as antidotes that will take the edge off and return balance to your high.
  9. Thou shalt remain calm:
If you do happen to overindulge on pot-laden treats, remember that you will recover just fine. Retreat to a safe place where you can lie down, and most likely you will drift off to sleep for 10 or 12 hours. Upon waking, you will feel incredibly rested, if not a little groggy.
  10. Thou shalt never prank!:
Never prank people by giving them infused foods without their knowledge, as such actions are criminally irresponsible. Ingesting pot food without expecting its effects is scary and dangerous.

Rosin refers to an extraction process that utilizes a combination of heat and pressure to nearly instantaneously squeeze resinous sap from your initial starting material. The term “rosin” originated as a method of making a product used to lubricate violin bows. With cannabis, this method is incredibly versatile in that it can either be used with flowers or to clean up hash and kief into a full-melt hash oil. The result is a translucent, sappy, and sometimes shatter-like product. If executed correctly, rosin can rival the flavor, potency, and yield of other solvent-based extraction products.
